Michael has spent his entire career helping clients leverage the power of branding to crystallize corporate positioning, launch differentiated products, strengthen internal cultures and increase sales.
As creative director and managing principal at ad agencies in Connecticut and Florida, Michael led the development of major brands and award-winning campaigns for General Motors, Konica-Minolta, BASF and Florida Tourism. As Director of Marketing Communications for TIMEX, he helped reposition the venerable watch brand for the future.
At Catalyst, Michael’s passion is to focus all our creative resources into brand storytelling. He also develops and facilitates strategic workshops, seminars, "brandstorm" sessions and organizational development initiatives.
